Booking live music should be simple.

Do you provide PA and lights?
Yes. We can provide our own PA and disco lights. Alternatively we can work with the venue if there are existing arrangements.
How much will it cost?
We are committed to offer the best affordable prices. Get in touch to discuss prices and check our availability.
How long do you play for?
The standard duration is 2 hours playing – 1 hour each set but we can flex to customer requests and adjust fees accordingly. Please be aware that the band will require a short break in between sets.
What venues will you play?
Accidentally Acoustic will perform at a wide variety of venues from pubs and village halls to taprooms/breweries, large country estates, theatres, halls and hotel function rooms. Basically we are happy to go anywhere, where people can dance and have a great time!
How far would the band be willing to travel to play a gig?
Anywhere within reason! Obviously, further afield and our fee would be representative of the distance travelled.
How long do you need to set up for the gig?
It depends on the venue, but ideally to ensure everything is plugged in, we have completed a sound check and a little break before we start – we would usually take circa 1.5 hours to set up.
Can I request a particular song?
We have a huge repertoire, and we’re always keen to learn new songs. Get in touch if there’s a particular song you’d like us to learn and we’ll see what we can do!
How and when do I pay?
Cash on the day, or as agreed at point of booking.
Do you have Liability Insurance?
Yes.
Is your equipment PAT Tested?
Yes.
